Hi, I’m Jess
For two decades, I optimized everything but my health. When I realized that most wellness advice didn’t actually help, I built something different.

I probably don’t have the background you’re expecting.
For the first twenty years of my career, I was running towards that corporate life. I went to business school at Duke, I worked at BCG and a variety of other companies. Slowly, slowly, I realized that I was getting increasingly unhealthy and unhappy because I was doing work that I wasn’t passionate about.
I’ve always treated exercise as medicine – whether I needed energy, or to feel like a badass, or to just stop feeling sad, it was always there for me. But once I let my career run the show for too long, at the expense of my body and mind, I realized I needed more than workouts to recover. I needed to get my energy back, and feel good again both physically and mentally.
There was no obvious path. I tried everything: every kind of exercise, breath work, meditation, forest bathing, sound therapy, red light, PEMF, sauna / cold plunge (I ended up leading classes), wellness travel, regular travel, supplements, foods, environmental changes, routines and more. You name it, I tested it.
As I narrowed it down to what worked for me, I realized that I had a real passion for this. Not just the physical tools, but the mental shift that came with them.
So, Leopard Wellness was born. It’s everything I learned on my own journey, just what I wished I had when I started.
I launched locally with PEMF for dogs – there were almost no options in the Tampa Bay Area. Plus…

” I beg you…to have patience with everything unresolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves as if they were locked rooms or books written in a very foreign language. Don’t search for the answers, which could not be given to you now, because you would not be able to live them. And the point is, to live everything. Live the questions now. Perhaps then, someday far in the future, you will gradually, without even noticing it, live your way into the answer…”
-Rainer Maria Rilke
